Drop in Family Workshops
Pamela Sullivan, our artist in residence based in the art room at the Williamson Art Gallery and Museum runs family drop in workshops  at Williamson Art Gallery & Museum. Supported by Art Council England. These are free but donations are welcomed. Various saturdays. Next one is this Saturday 25/6/16,

Adult classes
Our very popular daytime Drawing and Painting classes with our artist in residence will restart on the 22nd September (Thursday morning and afternoon). The classes run for ten weeks (not on 27th of October in half term) and cost £50. Booking and payment needs to be made ASAP to secure a place. Students of all abilities catered for. Life Drawing classes
Evening life drawing classes with model and tutor are held on the first Thursday of the month, at 6.30pm, participants should bring a drawing board, paper and pencils or charcoal. There is space for up to thirty people. The initial dates are  7th of July and 4th of August. There is a small charge for tea and coffee. Please leave your name with Pamela or the front desk staff to retain your place and bring £10 on the night.  Class will end at 8.30 pm.  The tutor will either be Paul Gatenby or Pamela Sullivan. Evening meetings for Wirral Embroiderer's Guild 
Wirral Embroiderers’ Guild meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month (other than August and December) at The Williamson Art Gallery at 7.15 for 7.30pm until about 9.15pm. Subscriptions to the Wirral Embroiderers Guild.Annual Membership £45
Visitors £4.50 per meeting

Sunday Serenades
The Sunday Serenades 2016  is an annual programme of free concerts organised by Gethyn Jones of Liverpool Philharmonic for the Friends of the Williamson Art Gallery and Wirral Museums. Every Sunday at 2pm, Free but donations are welcomed to support the programme of concerts.


26th June: Cancer Research UK charity concert. A concert of words & music given by the young people of Wirral, in aid of Cancer Research UK.

Tom Spence at 'The Gallery" on the 12th of August 7pm
After his sell-out conert at the Floral Pavilion Theatre, New Brighton, join Wirral Tenor Tom Spence and special guest singers, in the very intimate setting of Williamson Art Gallery. Performing songs from the world of musical theatre, sit back and listen to stunning voal performances, accompanied by the beautiful grand piano.
